Men’s Wearhouse earnings up in Q3

San Francisco Men's Wearhouse announced that its third-quarter net income rose to $19.7 million from $14.6 million a year ago, topping Wall Street’s estimates. Revenue increased to $462 million from $459.7 million in the same period a year earlier. However, the company said it will post a loss in the fourth quarter.

Total company sales, including those at The Men's Wearhouse, Moores and K&G stores, increased 0.5% for the quarter.
