Men’s Retail Market Expected to Grow 25%, According to Study
New York City, The men’s retail market is expected to grow to $6.7 trillion by 2009, according to The U.S. Men’s Market, a study released by market research firm Packaged Facts. This estimated growth rate is 25% higher than 2004 figures. Men in the 25- to 49-year-old age bracket accounted for 55.8% of the buying power in the men’s market, according to the study.
The report was based on data from Simmons Market Research Bureau National Consumer Survey from fall 2004.
