Meijer reevalutes store managers

Grand Rapids, Mich. According to reports, more than 4,500 Meijer store managers will be evaluated on their job performance. The managers will be undergo reviews of their skills and interests to determine how their roles fit into Meijer's plans to stay competitive.

Meijer spokeswoman Stacie Behler, reportedly said that the number of people affected by this evaluation is unknown, but that the job loss should be minimal. Behler added that some managers may be moved to other positions or stores.
