Meijer Explores Health Clinic Strategy

Grand Rapids, Mich., Meijer Inc. opened health clinics in stores in Taylor, Mich.; and Burton, Mich. The clinics, from Fenton, Mich.-based Early Solutions Clinic, are expected to open in Meijer stores in three other Michigan cities by this summer, the Detroit Free Press reported. The idea behind the clinics is to provide a form of health care that is convenient and affordable for the store’s customers.

Early Solutions' prices range from $39 to $89, with most procedures in the $49 to $59 range.
