McGrath joins McCormick board

SPARKS, Md. McCormick has appointed Joseph McGrath, president and ceo of Unisys, to its board of directors, effective Nov. 27.

McGrath has been a senior executive of Unisys since 1999 and its president and ceo since Jan. 1, 2005. Prior to becoming ceo, he served as president and coo; evp and president of Unisys Enterprise Transformation Services; and senior vp of sales and chief marketing officer. Prior to joining Unisys, McGrath was a senior executive at Xerox and the Gartner Group.
