Margolis to leave Limited Brands

COLUMBUS, Ohio In connection with the sale by Limited Brands of 75% of the ownership interest in Express Holding, LLC to Express Investment Corp., Jay Margolis, former president of the apparel division, would end his employment with Limited Brands, the company announced today in an SEC filing.

According to the filing, Limited Brands has will pay retention payments to Margolis of approximately $1.7 million.
