Major Move for Restoration Hardware Founder

Corte Madera, Calif., Stephen Gordon, the founder and chairman of Restoration Hardware, resigned to become CEO of Sundance Catalog Co., Salt Lake City, the retail division of the brand headed by actor Robert Redford.

Gordon founded Restoration Hardware in 1980 and grew the business to more than 100 stores, and catalog and e-commerce business.
