Main Street Meets Wall Street in Miami

Retail CEOs and CFOs will gather in Florida next month for the second annual Main & Wall Conference, scheduled for Feb. 11-13 at the Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Miami.

Hosted by Chain Store Age and David N. Deutsch & Co., the event is designed for executive leaders of middle-market companies with sales of $50 million to $1 billion, in the retail, food, consumer and restaurant industries.

An introductory workshop on corporate finance will be offered prior to the conference’s opening-night networking reception. Sessions during the conference will address current trends in finance and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies and exit strategies.

In addition to analysts, consultants and professionals from the finance sector, key speakers at Main & Wall will include Tom Stemberg, founder of Staples; Steven Silverstein, CEO of Spencer Gifts; Barbara Paraso, CEO of Balducci’s; and Neale Attenborough, CEO of Appleseed’s.
