Lucernex partners with Drawbase Software

Dallas Real estate business-intelligence solution provider Lucernex Technologies said it has entered into a partnership with Drawbase Software, a supplier of integrated building design and facility management information systems.

Under the partnership, Lucernex will now offer its integrated workplace management system, Lx IWMS, with integrated computer aided facility management and building infrastructure management tools from Drawbase.

With Drawbase integration, Lx IWMS users will have access to new features dedicated to space management, space planning, space utilization, move management, datacenter management, building infrastructure management, occupancy tracking, capacity planning and lock and key management.

Lx IWMS is currently used to manage the entire property development and asset management lifecycle for hundreds of thousands of locations in the global retail, hospitality, engineering and construction industries.
