Lowe's brings dry-erase paint to Eastern stores
Lowe's has added dry-erase paint solutions to its shelves through a new relationship with Ashland, Mass.-based IdeaPaint.
The company's home product, which creates borderless chalkboards on smooth surfaces around the home or office, is available in Lowe's stores from Virginia to Maine. The company said it will also be available to a wider audience at Lowes.com.
IdeaPaint is a single-coat, roller--applied paint that was launched in 2008. Lowe's VP merchandising Bill Fields said, "The products ease of use and durability allows kids of all ages to express their creativity in not only the children's rooms, but also in the home office, kitchen and beyond."
