Liz Claiborne COO to Step Down

New York City Michael Scarpa, COO for Liz Claiborne, is leaving his post as of Nov. 30. He was with the company for 25 years.

The company, which has experienced a recent financial slowdown, will not be replacing Scarpa. Instead, his responsibilities will be divided among other senior executives.
