Lively to resign as Maidenform cfo

ISELIN, N.J. Maidenform Brands has announced the resignation of Dorvin Lively, effective March 17, as evp and cfo. According to the company, Lively is leaving the company to pursue another opportunity.

"We greatly appreciate Dorvin's contributions to the business and wish him much success in the future," said Thomas Ward, ceo at Maidenform. "Dorvin led the effort in building the company's financial reporting infrastructure and as a result of his leadership, we are fortunate to have a strong financial team in place to make this transition seamless. The board of directors and the rest of the Maidenform team wish to thank Dorvin for his dedication and service to the company."

Dorvin began at Maidenform in November 2004.
