Linens 'N Things, GSI extend parternship

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. and CLIFTON, N.J. Linens ’N Things Inc. and GSI Commerce Inc. today announced a multi-year extension to their existing long-term e-commerce agreement. GSI will continue to provide Linens ’N Things online business (www.lnt.com) by delivering full-service, direct-to-consumer e-commerce solutions, including Web technologies, fulfillment, customer care operations, and comprehensive design and interactive marketing services.

Working with GSI, Linens ’N Things has launched and enhanced multiple, successful multi-channel initiatives, including in-store pick up and an in-store associate ordering system that provides guests with expanded merchandise choices. The company has also expanded its online gift registry capabilities, offered product personalization to customers and launched a Canadian online store. Linens ’N Things uses GSI Interactive for interactive marketing services that include search, affiliate management, e-mail, advertising with comparison shopping engines and Web design.
