Lifetime Brands names finance chief

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. Lifetime Brands, a designer, developer and marketer of nationally branded consumer products for the home, today announced the appointment of Laurence Winoker as senior vp of finance, treasurer and cfo.

Winoker was most recently senior vp, controller and treasurer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, a holding company with controlling interests in a diversified portfolio of public and private companies. The portfolio includes Revlon, for which Winoker served as senior vp, corporate controller and treasurer from 1999 to 2003.

Prior to joining MacAndrews & Forbes in 1987, Winoker held various positions with Bastian Industries, Gulf & Western Industries, and Brout & Company.
