Lexmark International names general counsel

LEXINGTON, Ky. Lexmark International has announced the appointment of Robert Patton as vp, general counsel and secretary.

Patton, who has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate legal sector, joined Lexmark in 2001 as corporate counsel, focusing primarily on supporting Lexmark's business operations and litigation. In his new assignment, Patton is responsible for the worldwide operations of the company's legal department.
