Lennox shareholders re-elect directors

DALLAS Lennox International's shareholders re-elected current directors Linda Alvarado, Steven Booth, John Major, and Jeffrey Storey were to three-year terms. Directors received at least 95% of shares voted for election.

In addition, shareholders approved a proposal for the ratification of KPMG as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the 2009 fiscal year. The proposal received at least 99% of shares voted for approval.
