Layden resigns as Best Buy International coo

MINNEAPOLIS Kevin Layden has resigned as coo of Best Buy International, according to reports. His resignation was effective July 4 and no successor has been named.

According to reports, Layden helped lead Best Buy's dual brand strategy in Canada helped the division reach $5 billion in sales in 2007.
