Land's End names finance head

DODGEVILLE, Wis. — Lands’ End has named Michael Rosera as chief operating and finance officer. In his role he is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, legal, information technology and integrated company planning. As the leader of finance and operations and a member of the executive team, Rosera reports directly to Edgar Huber, CEO and president of Lands’ End.



“Michael will be an invaluable asset to our team in generating value creation as well as improved financial and operational excellence,” said Huber. “Lands’ End will benefit from Michael’s proven track record of management savvy, professional skills and integrity.”



Rosera comes to Lands’ End as an experienced senior leader who has successfully managed, expanded and launched brands throughout his career. Most recently, he served as EVP, international expansion for Claire’s Stores LLC. Rosera has also held a variety of senior level finance positions with Nike Inc., Abercrombie & Fitch and Target Corp. and holds an MBA from University of Chicago.
