La-Z-Boy names new treasurer

MONROE, Mich. La-Z-Boy announced that Greg Brinks has been named VP and treasurer. Brinkswill report to Mike Riccio, SVP and CFO and succeeds Michael Skrzypcazk, who left the company in February.

Brinks will have responsibility for all rreasury functions, including cash management, credit and collections, and banking relationships.  He will also have responsibility for directing the company's risk management and insurance programs and will work with Riccio in negotiating and structuring financing transactions and agreements. 

Brinks began his career at General Motors Corp. in 1981, working in various capacities of increasing importance.  Most recently, he served as executive director, international securitization at GMAC and prior to that was director, financial planning and analysis of GMAC.
