Kronos debuts new workforce technology

Chelmsford, Mass. Workforce management solution-provider Kronos announced it has introduced a new user experience based on Rich Internet Applications (RIA) technology that harnesses the ease-of-use and intuitiveness of consumer-oriented technologies to help organizations better manage their work forces.

According to Kronos, the new user interface was designed around two breakthrough capabilities: instant engagement, as the new navigator allows managers to view critical business information such as employee scheduling coverage, employee work hours, time-off requests, and other key workforce performance information and indicators; and guided decisions, as the next generation user interface has the intelligence to not only identify issues, but also to recommend solutions to common workforce challenges.

The new user interface can be deployed with Workforce Central 6.1.
