Kroger Opens Largest Store Ever

Cincinnati, The largest supermarket under the Kroger banner, at 105,000 sq. ft., opened in Anderson Township, Ohio. It includes a pharmacy, a Starbucks Coffee, a Fred Meyer Jewelers outlet and large selections of cookware and furniture. In other news, Kroger will debut its new food and general merchandise format, Marketplace, in Columbus, Ohio, by yearend.
