Kroger Co. buys own Indianapolis HQ
Cincinnati Kroger said Monday it has bought the Northside Indianapolis office building that has housed its regional offices since 1980, according to a report by IndyStar.com.
Kroger occupies the entire 50,000-sq.-ft., building. "They were just tired of leasing it. They typically own real estate," office broker David Moore, of Collier Turley Martin Tucker, said of Kroger.
The sale price wasn't released.
