Kohl’s Agrees to Exclusive Deal With Fila

Menomonee Falls, Wis., Kohl’s Corp. announced Tuesday that it has signed a multi-year licensing agreement with Fila Luxembourg S.a.r.l. to be the exclusive U.S. retailer of the Fila Sport collection.

The collection will debut in the fall of 2008 and include men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, footwear and accessories.

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Kohl’s will work with Fila on apparel and accessory-product design and lead the manufacturing, production, distribution, sales and marketing of the collection for these products. Fila will collaborate with Kohl’s on the branded footwear product design and will lead manufacturing and production of the footwear.
