Kmart Countersued
New York City, The president of Areeva, the firm accused of cheating Kmart out of millions of dollars during its bankruptcy liquidation, has filed suit claiming that Kmart stiffed his company on $1.23 million in fees, failed to return equipment, filed a baseless lawsuit and has put his company out of business. Areeva and Andrew Facca, the president of the firm, made the charges in a countersuit.
