Kmart to close Ohio store

Cincinnati Kmart plans to close its Middletown, Ohio store in November. The move will eliminate 61 jobs.

The company said in a filing with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services that it will shutter the location around Nov. 15. The store’s pharmacy, which employs seven, will close earlier.

Kmart has nine other stores in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
