Kirkland’s launches rewards program
Specialty home décor and gifts retailer Kirkland’s is looking to foment customer loyalty with the launch of a K Club Rewards loyalty program on Oct. 20, which will offer consumers exclusive discount opportunities and points on eligible purchases.
“We are excited to offer our customers a new way to earn rewards when they shop at Kirkland’s,” said Mark Krebs, Kirkland’s VP of marketing. “Our goal was to make this program customer-centric, simple and fun, and we have been pleased to hear positive feedback so far.”
The rewards program makes Kirkland’s one of the few home décor retailers offering customers the option to pay however they choose, not just with their store credit card, and still earn rewards. Other benefits include:
- One point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases
- A $10 reward for every 300 points
- Special sales and discounts
- Personalized style tips from Kirkland’s
- 24/7 online account access
Consumers can sign up via Kirkland’s K Club Rewards website or in person at any of Kirkland’s 322 stores starting Oct. 20. The free rewards program allows customers to receive points using multiple payment options and only requires customers to identify themselves as a K Club customer at the time of purchase by name, phone or email address. The program is completely digital, so there are no plastic cards or paper rewards certificates to keep up with. Once the program launches, customers can earn points for purchases made in-store and online.
