When Boca Raton, Fla.-based Woolbright Development acquired Abacoa Town Center in Jupiter, Fla., it gained a further foothold in an area that is experiencing explosive growth. “We are bullish on the Florida retail market, particularly here [North Palm Beach County] where the business climate is strong and the residential growth is steady,” said Duane Stiller, president of Woolbright. Abacoa Town Center is a 91,400-sq.-ft., Mediterranean-style, open-air shopping center featuring Starbucks, Style So Chic, Angry Moon Cigars, Rooney’s Public House and Jumby Bay Island Grill.
