JoS. A. Bank to give refunds to out-of-work customers

Hampstead, Md. JoS. A. Bank Clothiers said Monday it is bringing back a promotional offer to refund the price of a suit or sportcoat if the customer loses his job.

With the offer, the customer gets to keep the article of clothing. It applies to any suit or sportcoat bought during the $199 sale from March 8 through March 28. If the customer involuntarily loses his job between April 5 and July 1, the store will refund the price, up to $199.
