Jones Lang LaSalle brokers sale of Bell Creek Commons

Richmond, Va. Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets said late Thursday it closed the sale of Bell Creek Commons in Richmond, Va., on behalf of Atlantic Realty Investments.

GDA Real Estate purchased the 46,743-sq.-ft. Best Buy-anchored shopping center for $11.1 million.

Bell Creek Commons was developed in early 2008 and is currently 97% occupied with tenants such as Best Buy, Starbucks and Chick-fil-A.
