JLL names head of mobile engineering services group

Chicago Jones Lang LaSalle said Tuesday that Anthony Marten has been appointed head of the firm’s Mobile Engineering Services group which provides mobile maintenance personnel to clients across the nation.

Based in the firm’s headquarters in Chicago, Marten will be responsible for expanding the group’s coverage across numerous industry sectors while maintaining the most efficient services for current clients.

Marten joined Jones Lang LaSalle 13 years ago and has worked regionally across Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as other locations across the United States. Most recently, he was working with the Solutions Development group, where he focused on outsourced solutions for corporate clients. 

The MES group consists of more than 280 dedicated staff servicing over 9,500 client sites in 42 states, and is represented in every major U.S. metropolitan area, according to the company. The engineers provide all aspects of building maintenance including HVAC maintenance and repair, plumbing, lighting, electrical and general maintenance services, covering numerous property types including retail, distribution centers, warehousing and small office buildings.
