Jim Wilson & Associates welcome VP of construction, and development director

Montgomery, Ala. -- Jim Wilson & Associates announced the addition of Doug Jeffords, VP of construction, and Evan Conder, development director.

Jeffords will oversee all aspects of construction for the company’s multi-faceted real estate development and management business. He brings more than 25 years of experience, which includes multi-family, retail, hospitality, mixed use, industrial and office developments.



Conder will be involved in site selection and acquisition, land planning and entitlements, shopping centers and net lease development for the company’s commercial property division. In the past four years Conder has been directly involved in over $100 million of new development projects across the Southeastern United States.
