JCPenney gets new SVP of fine jewelry

PLANO, Texas JCPenney has named Pam Mortensen SVP and general merchandise manager of fine jewelry, effective July 27.

Mortensen comes to JCPenney from Wal-Mart Stores, where she previously served as VP and divisional merchandise manager of their fine jewelry and watch division. She will report to Jeff Allison, EVP and general merchandise manager of home and custom decorating.
