J.C. Penney launches own clothing line

Dallas J.C. Penney Co. launched its own clothing line on Friday, introducing a brand, called She Said, that caters to working women.

The new line, created in-house, consists of apparel that can easily transition from work to after-work socializing.

Tops range in price from $26 to $44, while pants are priced from $44 to $50. Dresses run $44 to $58, and jackets are $68 to $85.
