J.C. Penney Enhances Web Site
Plano, Texas J.C. Penney Tuesday announced that it has revamped its Web site, www.jcp.com, with new features such as an enhanced homepage and customer reviews.
“These new enhancements—just in time for ‘Cyber Monday’—are yet another example of how we continue to build a leading multi-channel experience that makes shopping J.C. Penney easier and more exciting for our customers,” said Mike Boylson, chief marketing officer for J.C. Penney.

Other new features “Shop this Sale Online” or “Shop this Sale in Store” buttons, showing customers various ways they can save, no matter which shopping channel they choose.
A new customer reviews feature enables J.C. Penney customers to view, create and share their experiences with J.C. Penney products through comments, video, photos and even via their favorite social-networking site such as Facebook, Digg, or del.icio.us.
