James Johnson gets Energized with board seat

Energizer Holdings named Loop Capital Markets general counsel and HanesBrands board member as the newest member of its board.

Johnson has served as general counsel of Loop Capital Markets, a provider of a broad range of integrated capital solutions for corporate, governmental and institutional entities, since November 2010. He previously served as vp and assistant general counsel the Boeing Commercial Airplanes division of The Boeing Company.

Energizer is best known for its iconic battery brand, but the company’s personal care division also includes well known brands such as Schick, Edge, Skintimate, Playtex, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic and Wet Ones.
