CVS has developed an omnichannel strategy for this holiday season that focuses on targeting customers online, on mobile and in stores.
Consumers can follow @CVS_Extra on Twitter to learn about upcoming promotions and ways to win a variety of gift items through special contests. Additional holiday savings and tips can be found on the CVS Facebook page.
"We work hard to reduce the stress of gift giving for our customers" said Judy Sansone, SVP of merchandising for CVS/pharmacy. "Last-minute shoppers will find great gifts and stocking stuffers at CVS/pharmacy without breaking their budgets or running all over town."
CVS has also created an Online Gift Guide this year where customers can view the latest holiday deals and browse gifts by category, such as "Him," "Her," "Kids" and "Stocking Stuffers." Through the Online Gift Guide, shoppers can also watch short videos featuring popular bloggers who have partnered with CVS this season to share advice and family traditions.
For the third quarter ended Sept. 30, CVS Health posted net revenues of $35 billion, representing an increase of 9.7%.
