Montreal – Canadian bookstore chain Indigo Books and Music Inc. has enhanced its implementation of XCCommerce’s Promotion Solution Suite across all its channels by rolling out the Central Coupon Module.
Indigo has implemented the end-to-end Promotion Solution Suite including promotion management, promotion execution, and central coupon management in 330 stores and across all sales channels including POS, mobile POS, kiosk, consumer mobile, and e-commerce. XCCommerce’s Promotion Solution Suite allowed Indigo to reduce the time it takes to define promotions and coupons, send them to all their sales channels, and execute them quickly and efficiently.
