Indian food offered

Indian news outlet The Hindu has reported that Kohinoor Foods based in New Delhi has teamed with Target to offer Indian food products at the retailer’s U.S. stores.

“The aim behind joining hands with a leading chain like Target Corp. is to serve the increasing demand of authentic Indian food in the United States,” Kohinoor Foods joint managing director Gurnam Arora said in a statement.

Target will offer more than 16 different Kohinoor Foods items including sauces, microwavable rice and other meals and meal kits. Some of the products include tikka masala, goan vindaloo, coconut curry, saffron rice, vegetable biryani and roganjosh.
