Iconix Brand Group has made changes to its executive management team.

Seth Horowitz has been promoted to chief operating officer. Jeff Lupinacci has been hired as CFO, and Rodney Hutton has been hired as EVP of the men's division.

Warren Clamen has resigned as CFO to pursue other opportunities, according to the company.

"I am pleased to announce this new role for Seth, as well as the addition of Jeff and Rodney to the Iconix team. As we continue to grow our worldwide footprint through our powerful portfolio of brands and new acquisitions, it's critical that we have strong talent in place to ensure the ongoing success of our company," said CEO Neil Cole. "We would also like to thank Warren for his contributions over the past nine years. During his tenure at Iconix, the company has grown tremendously and Warren has played an important role in that success."

Horowitz previously served as the president of the men's division. He led the transition of the Umbro international business model and reestablished Starter as a premier athletic brand with NFL, NBA and MLB league collaborations. Prior to joining the company, Horowitz served as president for Modell's Sporting Goods. He began his career at Everlast where he held various roles, including chairman, CEO and president.

Lupinacci most recently served as global CFO of IPG Mediabrands, a media holding company of Interpublic Group, responsible for managing and investing $37 billion in global marketing dollars on behalf of its clients. Previously, he was CFO, North America, ARC Worldwide, a marketing services partner of Publicis Groupe. He has also held a number of financial positions at JP Morgan Chase.

Hutton was chief merchandising officer for Anne Klein Brands. Prior to that, he was principal at Fashion Iconic LLC, an established brand consultancy, where he developed and implemented brand strategies for numerous companies. Hutton also held head merchant and business positions at Karl Lagerfeld where he was SVPGM, and Giorgio Armani Corp, where as VP merchandising, his 10 year tenure extended over all Giorgio Armani men's and women's RTW, accessory and licensed product.

Clamen served as CFO since joining Iconix in March 2005. He added EVP to his title Nov. 2008.
