Beverly Hills, Calif. -- Adult retail operator Hustler Hollywood is taking advantage of the traffic surge expected by the Valentine's Day weekend release of Universal Pictures' "Fifty Shades of Grey." The retailer announced that select locations will open their doors on the morning of Feb. 13 and remain open round-the-clock until end of business on Valentine's Day.
"From what we experienced when the book came out, and even just with the release of the first trailer, we are anticipating people wanting to shop right after they see the movie on Friday night," said Philip Del Rio, senior director of retail operations, Hustler Hollywood, which operates 13 stores around the country. "We are ready and excited to help curious people who want to explore what they watched in the movie."
And just as retailers offer big promotions on Black Friday, Hustler Hollywood is also getting in the game. The night owls taking advantage of the company's 24-hour service will be offered 25% off of their purchases between the hours of 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. and a chance to win a romance package at a local hotel.
