Hudson Bay to implement Manhattan warehouse solution

Atlanta -- The Hudson's Bay Co., based in Toronto, Ontario, said it has selected Warehouse Management from Manhattan Associates to help raise productivity within its distribution centers.



The retailer also selected solutions from Manhattan’s Transportation Lifecycle Management suite to streamline transportation processes for HBC across Canada, as well as for Lord & Taylor across the United States.



"As HBC integrated with Lord & Taylor, we found that our in-house ERP systems had very limited capabilities and that Manhattan's solutions were the best fit for our future growth," said Dan Smith, chief information officer, The Hudson's Bay Co.

Manhattan's Warehouse Management solution is included in the Distribution Management solution suite of the Manhattan SCOPE supply chain portfolio.
