Hsu to head Sanrio global consumer products unit

TORRANCE, Calif. Sanrio has appointed Janet Han Hsu to lead the company's new global consumer products division. As president, she will be responsible for the development and expansion of the global consumer products division with a focus on licensing, new products and product categories, as well as exclusive co- branded partnership programs.

Before joining Sanrio, Hsu was senior vp of MGA Entertainment. Prior to that, she held executive level positions at Mattel, Bloomingdale's and Lord & Taylor.
