Hot Topic April same-store sales up 3.1%

San Francisco Hot Topic reported that same-store sales rose 3.1% in April, worse than analysts had expected. Analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters expected a rise of 7.0%.

Total April sales rose 5.5% to $47.3 million.
