HEB Names Chief Strategic Officer

San Antonio, Texas, H.E. Butt Grocery Co. has hired Craig Boyan, a consultant who has worked with the chain for the past year-and-a-half, as its chief strategic officer. Boyan most recently served as manager of the New York office for Boston-based international consulting firm Monitor Group LP, where he worked for 15 years.
