Haven for Mixed-Use


Phoenix-based Opus West has acquired a 10-acre land parcel in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., for the development of Haven Point. The 161,000-sq.-ft. mixed-use office and retail project will encompass four stories of office space, 16,000 sq. ft. of corner retail space and a 5,000-sq.-ft. bank pad. Construction is slated to begin this spring, with an anticipated completion date of summer 2009.

“Opus West has identified a strong demand for Class A office space and supporting amenities in the Inland Empire by law firms, accounting firms and other companies that conduct regular business with the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the San Bernardino Courthouse,” said Kyle Dorand, senior manager of real estate development for Opus West. Haven Point is located across from Rancho Cucamonga City Hall and the San Bernardino County Courthouse.
