Hamburger to oversee Brightpoint Latin America ops

PLAINFIELD, Ind. Brightpoint has announced the appointment of Eric Hamburger as the president of Latin America operations.

Prior to his appointment as the president of the company’s Latin America division, Hamburger had been director, strategy and business development, for Motorola Latin America Mobile Devices since 2003. From 2001 to 2003, he was an Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company primarily focusing on developing and implementing sales and distribution strategies for wireless operators in Latin America.
