Great American Group names VP for retail services sector

Woodland Hills, Calif. — Great American Group, a provider of asset disposition, valuation and appraisal services, has appointed Mike Wyse to a new VP position at the company.

In the new role, Wyse will focus on generating revenue through the cross-promotion of all Great American Group’s services with an emphasis on the retail services sector.

“We are extremely pleased to have Mike Wyse join the Great American Group team,” said Scott Carpenter, president of Great American’s retail division. “Mike has a wealth of experience in helping clients find solutions to their complex business needs, along with a unique understanding of our business. Our company has grown steadily since our founding in 1971, so the time is right for Mike to come on board and contribute toward our continued growth.”

Wyse previously served as a director at Zolfo Cooper in New York City, where he worked with numerous corporations on a wide variety of strategic and operational issues.

Wyse received a bachelor’s degree in administration and a master’s degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University in New York.
