Gottaplay appoints Muller to board

GIG HARBOR, Wash. Gottaplay Interactive has announced the appointment of Stephen Muller as a member of the board of directors.

Stephen Muller was appointed to the company's board of directors to fill the vacancy by the resignation of Carroll Benton, the company reported. Benton also resigned as cfo and secretary and treasurer. "Personal reasons have dictated my resignation, however I will stay as a consultant for approximately 60 days. I sincerely wish the company success in the coming years," said Benton. John Gorst, ceo, will act as interim cfo while a replacement for Benton is sought.

Stephan Muller has more than 20 years of senior executive management positions at companies including Apple Computer and Pelikan International.
