Goody’s to Shutter Three Stores

Knoxville, Tenn., Goody’s Family Clothing will close three of its stores in metropolitan Charlotte, N.C.

“Unfortunately, these stores have underperformed compared with the rest of the chain,” said Robert M. Goodfriend, Goody’s chairman and CEO.
