Golleher resigns from Linens 'N Things board

CLIFTON, N.J. Director George Golleher resigned from the boards of directors of each of Linens Holding Co. and Linens 'N Things Inc. effective April 23.

To the knowledge of the registrants, Golleher did not resign due to any disagreement with the registrants' operations, policies, or practices. Golleher was a member of the compensation committee of each of the Boards.  Effective April 23, director Pamela Romano was elected a member of the compensation committees to fill the vacancy created by Golleher's resignation.
